She finds joy in lifting others up, especially women, and her desire to inspire, support, and empower is the driving force behind her decision to join this project. “Whenever I can,” she says, “I like to inspire, support, empower, and encourage others.”

But Earline didn’t shy away from challenges. “Sometimes, I gave myself permission to start over again when I had a misstep,” she reflects.
